💜 A little more about the person behind the community… 💜Hello, I’m Francesca, the founder of Confident InsideOut CIC.Before creating this community, my journey took me through the worlds of makeup and film — creative spaces that taught me so much about people, identity and the different roles we sometimes play.🎬 From makeup and film…Working in creative environments gave me the opportunity to see how much can exist behind what people see on the outside.Sometimes, we present one version of ourselves to the world while feeling something completely different inside.And perhaps that is one of the reasons I became so passionate about confidence, self-esteem and being able to feel comfortable as ourselves.💜 Why confidence matters to meI don't believe confidence is about becoming louder, more successful or someone else entirely.For me, confidence is about feeling more comfortable being yourself.It's about recognising your value, trusting your voice and knowing that you don't have to change who you are to deserve to take up space.That is at the heart of what I hope to build through Confident InsideOut CIC.🌍 Languages are part of my storyI believe connection starts with feeling understood.Growing up speaking Italian and building my life in the UK has taught me how much language, culture and identity can shape the way we experience the world — and how powerful it can be to feel truly understood.🇮🇹 Italian — fluent / native
